Open Dip Galvanising

Transvaal Galvanisers is home to some of the largest zinc kettles in the Southern hemisphere. Open dip galvanising allows very large items, sometimes those far larger than the zinc kettle itself, to be galvanised.

Our in-house jigging techniques enable us to optimise the entire process from start to finish, allowing for large throughput volumes. Currently we are able to galvanise 14 tonnes of material in a single dip. This means that we are able to:
